 Shobana's influence in DBF Central is like a subtle fragrance - silent, unassuming, pleasant and far-reaching. A work day in Shobana's life includes everything from answering calls and decisive administration to inspiring teenagers and empowering women.Shobana found it effortless to garner success in the academic arena but found it hard to be drawn away from surrendering to God's call on her life. In fact, it was the most natural thing to do. His call has taken her through study in Australia, service in an NGO and eventually to service in DBF central, where she has come to be known for her strength of character, her servant leadership and her devotion to the supremacy of Christ in all things. She is the office manager, a partner in all ministry activities, the leader of the social action ministry of the church and a co-ordinator for On Track, our ministry for early teenagers. Shobana lives in New Delhi with her parents and sister, Rina.
 Naro is a doctor, a wife, a mother, a community developer and a servant of God. In each of those roles, she finds herself in a position where she can serve to make a tangible difference in the world we live in. Her convictions as a servant of God have led her to follow His leading and give herself to the service of those less fortunate than others. While most would consider this a thoughtless sacrifice of temporary wealth, she would consider it a wise investment in eternal riches. As a mother and a wife, she empowers and sustains a family. As a community developer, she leads DBF’s Community Development project, Sahayak, which serves to empower people living in poverty. She lives in New Delhi with her husband, Abhijeet and their children, Astera and Aden.
